Yes. We use original factory Mercedes-Benz parts whenever possible, and we'll tell you up front if an insurance estimate specifies aftermarket parts so you can decide.
Can you match my Mercedes-Benz's factory paint?
Yes. We pull the factory paint code from your vehicle, mix it in-house, and blend into the adjacent panels so the repair disappears. Metallic, pearl, and tri-coat finishes included.
Will the repair affect my Mercedes-Benz warranty or lease return?
Collision repair done to factory specifications with original parts does not void a manufacturer warranty. For leased vehicles, a properly documented repair is what the leasing company wants to see at turn-in. We provide a full invoice and our own lifetime workmanship warranty.
