You Choose the Shop
After an accident, your insurance company will often recommend a repair shop. You are not required to use it. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, and the insurance company has to work with that shop.
Shops in an insurer's network typically offer a limited warranty required by the insurance company. Our work is backed by a lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

If your deductible is too high to pay right now, or the timing isn't right, we have a solution. We can finance your entire insurance deductible at 0% interest so we can fix your car and get you back on the road right away.
Paying Out of Pocket
Some customers prefer not to file a claim. If you're unsure, bring your car in for a free estimate and we'll advise you on the best way to proceed. If you decide to pay for the repair yourself, we'll work with you to save money, including finding high-quality, lower-priced alternative parts. Most shops won't take that step. We will.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. You have the right to choose your repair shop. Insurance companies often recommend shops in their network, but you can take your vehicle anywhere. Tell your insurer you're using 20th Century Auto Body and we'll handle the rest.
How does 0% deductible financing work?
If your deductible is more than you can pay right now, we can finance it at 0% interest so your repair can start immediately. Ask about it when you call for your estimate.
Should I file a claim or pay out of pocket?
It depends on the cost of the repair compared to your deductible. Bring your car in for a free estimate before you file. If paying out of pocket makes more sense, we'll tell you.
What if more damage is found after the repair starts?
We submit a supplement to your insurance adjuster and work it out directly with them. You won't be caught in the middle.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We work with insurance companies every day and will coordinate with whichever company is handling your claim, including the other driver's insurer.
